Engineered Conveyor Systems
We design conveyor systems specific to your needs and your budget, with emphasis on specifying quality, commercially available components to hold down costs. These systems typically integrate with existing plant processes and are designed to perform a specific function within your facility. These Engineered Conveyor Systems feature equipment from manufacturers such as Bosch, Gilman, Goodman, HK Systems, Gregory Adams, Richards Wilcox and others.

Custom Design
If not a standard product from a manufacturer, we can either customize existing conveyor designs or manufacture a ground up solution to meet any special needs that our customers have. Working with the customer, together we can develop an equipment performance specification, then design and manufacture that equipment to meet your needs. Our design work is AutoCAD based for ease in working with the various groups that typically participate in these efforts.

Fabrication
In our shop we can fabricate and finish/assemble your equipment, including testing. We also can make the proper economic decisions as to when our customers are best served by outsourcing some of the work to specialty job shops, to hold costs down. All types of welding, punching, shearing, cutting and assembly are regularly performed here, with fabrication coatings either applied in-house or sent out for final finishing. Many times our fabrication work is limited to modifying products from other manufacturers, which avoid the costs associated with ground-up design development and manufacturing.

Conveyor Installation
We have quality field personnel with experience in installing all types of conveyor systems. Our equipment includes welding equipment for all welding processes, cutting equipment, fork lifts, scissors lifts, rigging equipment, hand and power tools, transits and leveling equipment as well as our own trucks, equipment trailers and gang boxes for on site storage of our equipment.

Electrical Controls and MCC's
As a Distributor of Control Techniques AC and DC drives for the last twenty years, we have supplied both stand-alone Motor controls and complete packaged systems designed specifically for the needs of manufacturing and process plants. Speed controllers, field bus systems, field devices, PLCs, MMI and HMI flat screen panels, Bar code scanners, push button stations and motor control centers can be designed and furnished in any style NEMA enclosure you require. We can apply any special devices you require within the electrical package and our knowledge of safety controls allows us to properly specify safety devices that protect the personnel in your plant.
